With one person at each end carry the kayak by the grab handles and position it next to and parallel to your vehicle with the bow toward the front of the car. To stap the kayak to the roof open both passenger doors. Step 2 wrap one cam strap. Once you ve loaded the boat just lift the kayak or sup and the roof rack will retract with it.

You should always tie down the bow and stern of your kayak especially if you are going to transport your kayak without a roof rack. Leave the straps loose at this point as you may need to adjust this kayak after the second one is placed. You can do this with a variety of tie down straps.
