In some instances you may notice that the pella door s frame is not level or is slightly out of. Spray a silicone spray lubricant into the door s latch mechanism. If your lock is not a gu ferco lock this article will not help you. This will loosen the tension on the deadbolt allowing it to retract and the door to open.
